Refund policy
Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of you receiving your items unless otherwise noted below. Contact us to arrange the return/exchange.
We respond within 2 business days. If we have not replied you by then, try again, by replying through one of your order emails, or message us through our Instagram or Facebook account. See notes below.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted:
- after 14 days of you receiving your items
- on any worn or washed items - even if it was only a day - please inspect before wearing.
- if you did not contact us to arrange
- on sale or clearance items
- on any custom orders - this includes the "customize your own" type listings or listings with the word "Custom" in it.
- on trainers
- on underwear/trunks
- on diaper liners
- on laundry care items (laundry soap etc)
You are responsible for all shipping costs. We are in Canada.
Please NOTE: Do not use UPS if you are in the United States to ship it back to us - they charge a $32 brokerage fee regardless, which will be deducted from your total costs of any refunds.
Note on contacting us: We actually need to receive your email, or message - we are not held responsible if we don't receive contact from you. We will reply to every email inquiry within 2 business days. If we do not, please check your email spelling and try again (or reply from any of your order emails), or contact us through our Instagram account or Facebook account messaging. We have a vigorous spam filter, and we try to check the spam folders often, but some emails to get filtered out! If in doubt - social message us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, quarantined for a couple days and inspected, we will be able to process your refund. Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. We are in Canada.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are in Canada.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Carrier Returns
If your order has been returned to us because of something within your control:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- delivery attempted many times and it got sent back
This will be treated like above policies in that you are responsible for all shipping costs. If you would like a refund, once we receive the items, the cost of the carrier invoicing us to ship it back to us will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs will not be refundable.
If you’d like us to ship your order back to you, you’ll need to provide us with an updated address, and we can work with you for shipping costs.
